Eligibility for Free Entry

    • Children: All children up to and including the age of 12.
    • Disabled Visitors: Visitors with a disability and one accompanying companion.
    • Lisboa Card Holders: Free entry is included with the Lisboa Card.
    • Residents of Portugal: Free entry on Sundays and public holidays until 2:00 PM upon presentation of a valid ID.
    • Unemployed EU Visitors: Upon presentation of proof.
    • ICOM, ICOMOS members: Upon presentation of a valid card.

Eligibility for Reduced Tickets (50% Discount)

    • Seniors: Visitors aged 65 and over.
    • Youth: Visitors aged between 13 and 24.

How to Claim: To benefit from free or reduced entry, you must present a valid identification document (e.g., passport, ID card, student card, disability card) at the ticket office or entrance. Even with free entry, you may still need to obtain a timed-entry ticket from the ticket office.
